The location is fantastic - just a short walk from both the bustling Times Square and upscale 5th Avenue for shopping enthusiasts like myself. Battery Park and Bryant Park offer a peaceful retreat for those seeking a break from the city buzz. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our stay. From daily room cleaning to complimentary water and coffee, they truly made us feel at home. the icing on the cake was their kindness in refunding us for a mishap with the fridge - a true testament to their excellent service. I also appreciated the convenient amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi and tour assistance. the hotel's proximity to top attractions like One World Trade Center and Brooklyn Bridge made exploring the city a breeze. Hotel Richland Les exceeded my expectations with its impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, and ideal location.
